"Updated Aug. 28, 2025 Another example of why we appreciate what Scott's team does for us each day. I contacted Scott's office today to add a new car to our insurance, and Laura Keeler listened to what I wanted to do, and then used her expertise to help us save money while ensuring we have the coverage we need. We can always count on Scott Stevens and his team to offer professional advice quickly and accurately! Thank you! ========================================= We have been with Scott for all of our insurance needs for over 18 years. He and his team have always been a great resource, and they do a great job of explaining all of the options and making suggestions that ensure we have the coverage we need, at the best possible price. The most recent example is the excellent job Viviana did for us. I called her last week about a windshield claim on our Mercedes, and she quickly answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, and provided me with a list of repair shops to consider. Unfortunately, the third-party administrator that State Farm uses created some confusion by issuing a repair order to the wrong shop. I called Viviana again, she immediately started making phone calls, and in less than 1 day everything was handled! Unfortunately, today outstanding customer support and service is often more of a rarity than the norm. Scott and his team continue to set the bar high by always treating customers the way they would want to be treated. Thanks to Scott, Viviana, and Scott's entire team for taking such good care of us."
